Started on October 23rd, U.S citizens must test negative for COVID within 3 days before boarding and quarantine at an approved hotel at least one night while they wait for the results of a second coronavirus test. All this as measures to prevent COVID-19 spreading.

Once you are in Madagascar, you should keep in mind some measurements are mandatory and different from where you are coming, such as curfew in some cities and mandatory mask wearing in public places; non-compliance of any of these rules may result in arrest for 24 hours.
